MY 3RD SAMPLE WITH RUST BACKGROUND ARBUTUS BARK THAT IS BEGINNING TO PEEL...NEEDS LOTS LOTS OF WORK TO REPLICATE THE FEEL OF THE REAL THING! |
I have worked to develop more bark types for my upcoming ABSTRACT arbutus diptych that is on the horizon. Albeit DISTANT horizon for the moment but I do have the picture I'll be working from. Lots of different types of bark in this potential picture so I have to get to know bark better...much better. I have been working on their textural feeling but I don't have it yet...my apologies to those realistic people that are looking for a REAL ARBUTUS! I learned lots today..mainly I have a lot more work to do. sigh
